LRC is a major humanitarian actor in Lebanon. It is playing a vital role in the country’s response to the COVID-19 outbreak; providing emergency response through creating public awareness campaigns, working on training of volunteers, and preparation of equipped stations. In 2020, HELP Logistics and LRC arrived at a significant milestone. A table-top training exercise was held in February and attended by headquarter staff from the Disaster Management department which supports behavioural changes in coordination and collaboration and also improves technical logistics skills in emergency response.
