Following the positive response on the first round of the Spanish Medical Logistics in Pandemics online training, HELP Logistics is relaunching the course for a second cohort of participants.
Supply chains are critical for providing medical items to people in need, particularly so during pandemics. The Medical Logistics in Pandemics online training aims to equip staff of humanitarian organizations and governmental agencies involved in medical humanitarian aid and public health with the most essential logistics and supply chain knowledge in the context of medical operations.
Participants will learn about medical supply chains in the humanitarian context, best practices of medical logistics, humanitarian supply chains during pandemics, and cold chains and vaccination supply chains. Special focus will be put on pandemic response operations such as COVID-19, making sure that the right product and service reach patients at the right time, at the right condition, and at the right price.
